Su nombre proviene de la lengua Nahuatl y significa caña, además de ser uno de los días del calendario mexica o azteca. Acatl es un joven preparatoriano que vive en la zona metropolitana de la Ciudad de México. Este joven adquiere habilidades especiales al recibir un traje biomecánico de guerrero águila (Cuautli), que le es entregado por un misterioso personaje guardián de la cultura mexica. Acatl poco a poco va descubriendo sus habilidades, mientras trata de sobrevivir a las amenazas que se están desarrollando en el Corazón del Único Mundo, como era conocida la Gran México-Tenochtitlan y en lo que hoy conocemos como la Ciudad de México.
His name comes from the Nahuatl language and means “sugar cane”, and is also a day of the Aztec Calendar. He is an ordinary adolescent who attends high school and lives in the Mexico City metropolitan area. This young man acquires special skills when he receives a biomechanical Eagle Warrior suit (Cuautli) that is delivered by a mysterious guardian of the Mexica culture. He slowly discovers his abilities while trying to survive the threats that are being developed in the “Heart of the Unique World”, which was formerly known as the Great Mexico - Tenochtitlan, and what we know today as Mexico City.
Acatl
Kan
Su nombre significa maíz maduro y es uno de los días del calendario maya. Kan es un joven que vive en el área maya, cerca de la zona arqueológica de Chichen Itzá. Por accidente, mientras jugaba fútbol con sus amigos, cae dentro de un cenote y es ahí donde se encuentra en un templo subterráneo de la orden de los guerreros jaguar (Balam). En este lugar le es entregado un traje biomecánico de guerrero jaguar y comienza una gran batalla contra las fuerzas del inframundo en el área maya.
His name means “ripe corn” and is one of the days of the Mayan calendar. Kan is a young man living in the Mayan Region near the archaeological site of Chichen Itza. By accident, while playing soccer with his friends, he falls into a sink hole and inside Kan discovers an underground ancient temple that belonged to the Jaguar (Balam) Warriors. In this place, Kan receives a biomechanical suit of the order of the Jaguar (Balam) Warriors and a great battle against the forces of the underworld begins in the Mayan Region.
Xolonahual
Él es un viejo chaman originario del Estado de Tlaxcala quién tiene la capacidad de convertirse en un Nahual de Xoloitzcuintli. El Xoloitzcuintli es un perro sin pelo que está relacionado con el inframundo y acompaña a la persona cuando muere a llegar al Mictlan. El Xolonahual es el primer ser maligno al que se enfrentará Acatl y tratará de impedir que reciba su traje biomecánico y de que el ejército de los guerreros águila se prepare para combatir a las creaturas de Mictlantecuhtli.
He is an old shaman from the state of Tlaxcala who has the ability to become a Xoloitzcuintli Nahual. The Xoloitzcuintli is a hairless dog that is related to the underworld and accompanies a person when he dies to get to Mictlan. The Xolonahual is the first evil being who Acatl will face and tries to prevent him from receiving his biomechanical suit, and stop the army of the Eagle Warriors from preparing to fight the creatures of Mictlantecuhtli.
